Africa Digital Inclusion General Assembly

The Africa Digital Inclusion General Assembly (ADIGA) is the flagship annual event that brings together the leadership and affiliates of the Africa Digital Inclusion Alliance. Held at the beginning of each year, it gathers representatives from executive councils, governmental bodies, corporate partners, and project implementers to discuss the state of digital inclusion, challenges, needs, and strategic preparations to promote digital equity across Africa.

Hosted by the President of the General Assembly and the Chief Executive Officer of the Alliance's Executive Council, this platform serves as the official forum for fostering collaboration, aligning operations, adopting strategies, and advocating for legislative development to advance digital inclusion continent-wide.

The General Assembly focuses on three strategic pillars. Strategic Collaboration fosters impactful partnerships and cross-sector cooperation for digital growth across Africa. Policy Instrumentation drives forward policies that support digital inclusion and legislative reforms across Africa. Dynamic Engagement facilitates meaningful dialogues and collaborations to accelerate digital solutions.

The General Assembly coordinates with Specialized units and departments focused on research, advocacy, tech development, and community outreach. Annual events including conferences, webinars, and workshops promote digital inclusion and diaspora engagement, creating opportunities for stakeholders to align on digital transformation priorities.
