One alliance for Africa's digital inclusion agenda.
The Africa Digital Inclusion Alliance (ADIA) brings together governments, practitioners, industry, communities and the African diaspora into one shared architecture — designed to make digital inclusion stick across all 55 African states.
Our mission
To accelerate digital inclusion across Africa by aligning policy, practice, infrastructure and people — and by building durable continental architecture for the work.
Our approach
We work through constitutional organs that set direction, thematic chambers that deliver programmes, and centers of excellence that build the capabilities behind them.
Who we serve
Marginalised communities, women, persons with disabilities, rural populations, displaced people and young Africans — alongside the institutions and partners working with them.
The diaspora dimension
The African diaspora is a strategic partner — not an afterthought. The Diaspora Network channels skills, networks and capital from abroad into inclusion work on the continent.
