The Chamber of Skill Development is foundational to ADIA's digital inclusion mandate, administering lifelong digital learning pathways through skills development, upskilling, reskilling, and cross-skilling for education, work, and enterprise. It delivers curriculum-based training, capacity building, and trainee management to ensure productive skills application across educational institutions and businesses.

Its mission is to embed a lifelong digital learning mindset for personal and societal advancement, ensuring inclusive access and skill development.

Operational Focus

The Chamber delivers foundational to intermediate digital literacy skills for primary students, empowers the workforce through capacity building and resilience training, and supports businesses with digital skills for efficiency and growth. It integrates digital inclusion programmes into tertiary education to sustain relevance and fosters digital innovation and skills development in high schools and middle schools.

Primary Digital Inclusion

The Primary Digital Inclusion division promotes digital skills for primary schools, nurturing soft and hard skills to foster innovation, literacy, and STEM readiness in young learners.

Post-Primary Digital Skills

This division focuses on high schools and middle schools through curriculum training, innovation hubs, and digital clubs to nurture future-ready learners equipped for emerging digital economies.

Tertiary Digital Outreach and Corporate Resilience

Tertiary Digital Outreach extends digital inclusion efforts to universities and colleges through leadership workshops, monitoring, and community impact initiatives, ensuring higher education institutions remain aligned with digital inclusion goals.

Corporate Digital Resilience develops frameworks for organisational productivity, digital transformation, and capacity building via partnerships and corporate training, whilst Enterprise Digital Growth supports SMEs with skills development, digital tools, mentorship, and long-term growth opportunities.
